Está fundada desde mayo de 2005 como resultado de las necesidades de las MiPyMES para acceder a las herramientas de consultoría, capacitación y apoyos económicos. Actualmente está formado con 3 asociados y otros externos en varias partes de Guanajuato. Hemos trabajado con programas de gobierno: SEDESOL, INDESOL, CONAZA, SAGARPA, FINANCIERA RURAL, SDAYR, IECA, ECONOMÍA, CONAFOR, SEDESHU, SEDES. En 2017 cambia su enfoque hacia la certificación para el desarrollo empresarial con IIE, CONOCER, INADEM, ART, CAE.
